This project involved the complete remodel of a San Diego townhome, focusing on modernizing the interiors while maximizing functionality and style. The redesign included thoughtful space planning to optimize the layout, the selection of cohesive furnishings and finishes, and the integration of modern materials and textures. Highlights of the project include updated flooring, fresh paint schemes, custom cabinetry, and the use of layered lighting to enhance the ambiance. The result is a contemporary, inviting home tailored to the client’s lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.

My contribution to the remodel was:

1. Curated furniture selections for the top and middle floors, presenting clients with comprehensive lookbooks featuring multiple cohesive design schemes.

2. Developed and aligned project budgets with proposed design concepts to meet client expectations and financial goals.

3. Collaborated on interior finish selections and contributed to space planning, ensuring a balance of functionality and aesthetic appeal throughout the home.
